Mitigate risk.

Inteletrack helps you plan fleet deployment based upon vehicles that aren’t running or will need future service. And as technology becomes more sophisticated, the necessary skills and parts to maintain them are increasingly more complicated and expensive. In some cases, parts take longer to service or require the need for electronic diagnostics. Combined with skilled technician shortages, all of this means that maintenance can be difficult to manage, especially without software such as Inteletrack.

How Can We Help?

New Service Intervals can be created that are truly custom to YOUR fleet. You can call it whatever you wish, name the service whatever you wish, and include as much information as you wish.

The sample list of intervals to the left (below on mobile) show the name of each service, its description (if any), and execution state. In the Service Intervals State sub-column to the left (below on mobile), you can see how many miles (or kilometers if overseas), engine hours, or days are left before the start of the service. If the service is overdue, the information about its state is highlighted in red.

Stop the manual processes. Take advantage of technology and simplify your operations

Fleet managers should take advantage of technology. If you’re still entering and tracking data manually, you can automate all of this by upgrading to Inteletrack’s digital software portal. Manual systems are tedious and time-consuming, no matter the fleet size. Computerized systems are a MUCH more efficient method for compiling maintenance reports, thus allowing you to make faster and smarter decisions that will impact your business both in the short and long term.
